I am proud to announce that my legal practice has become the first law firm in Poland to host an on-site crypto ATM. Installed in my legal office, this device enables the purchase and sale of crypto assets: BTC, XRP, ETH, LTC, TRX, USDC.
This initiative is not just symbolic. It reflects my ongoing commitment to being a crypto law firm in Poland that goes beyond theory. I support CASP licensing, MiCA implementation, and AML compliance strategies with practical insight.
Why a crypto ATM at a legal office?
My journey with crypto law did not begin with MiCA. It began back in 2017, when BCASH contacted me seeking assistance in opening a bank account in Poland. At that time, it was still relatively straightforward for crypto-related businesses to access banking services locally.
They appreciated the regulatory environment in Poland so much that they decided to incorporate a local company — one that continues to operate to this day. BCASH, along with its Polish subsidiary SMARTECH SOLUTIONS, became some of my first Clients from the crypto space. That was a time when the industry in Poland was essentially unregulated — a true wild west.
It was with this Client that I developed my first real-world crypto legal experience. I drafted my first AML policies, designed KYC procedures, engaged directly with the Polish regulator to interpret the newly adopted AML Act of 2018, and onboarded crypto companies with payment processors and leading cryptocurrency exchanges.
That initial engagement marked the beginning of a deeper professional commitment. Over time, I began to specialise exclusively in legal services for the crypto asset sector. Eventually, I assumed the role of AML Officer at BTCBIT, one of the most active virtual currency exchange providers in the region.
Through my continuing work at BTCBIT, I have further developed my practical knowledge — particularly in the area of AML, including the recognition and reporting of suspicious transactions under real operational conditions.
For many years now, crypto and AML law has not been just one of my practice areas — it has been the core of my Law Firm in Poland’s specialization.
So why the crypto ATM?
Because none of this is theoretical for me. I live and work within the crypto sector. The ATM located in my office is a natural extension of my ongoing commitment — to remain close to the realities of the crypto market, the same realities VASPS and CASPS face every day.
This device is not a marketing tool. It is a functional link between legal advisory and practical experience — and that is what makes my approach unique in the crypto legal field.
What does this mean for you?
For my Clients, especially those seeking a CASP license in Poland or navigating the nuances of MiCA and AML regulations, this sends a clear message: I do not just talk the talk, I walk the walk.
I understand the technology, the market, and the regulatory challenges because I am part of it. This practical involvement reinforces my position as a leading crypto law firm in Poland. It builds trust and demonstrates my comprehensive approach to legal advisory in a crypto sector.
Leading the way in the evolution of crypto legal landscape in Poland
The crypto market’s dynamic evolution demands equally agile legal counsel, especially with the monumental shift brought by MiCA regulation. My role as a Law Firm in Poland is not just to keep up with these changes. It is to actively contribute to shaping the legal future of crypt assets industry . I achieve this by publishing comprehensive guidance and proactively working to ensure businesses are well-prepared for this new era of compliance. The crypto ATM in my office is a clear sign of that — it shows that I am not just watching the industry from the sidelines.
